Photo and Video Contest

I understand that I may receive a discount or a coupon code for Saeng merchandise if I submit selected photographs and or videos to Company showing the use of the Company products being used by me, my family or my friends. I hereby give my consent to the Company, its successors, and its assigns the right to publish such photographs or videos submitted for the advertising purposes any photographic or video likenesses of me, my family or my friends using Company merchandise. I understand that this right includes photographic likenesses or pictures or videos of me, my family or my friends, in whole or in part or in composite form, or reproductions of same, or in color or otherwise, made through any medium, such including the showing on the Company website or its promotional materials.

I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising or other copy that may be used in connection with my photograph(s) and or video(s) or the use to which it may be applied.

I agree to use the Company equipment in a safe manner and understand and agree that I will not take any action which is considered dangerous to other person(s), property or myself during the taking of any such photos and or videos.
